Looking for a way to visit the best Lugana wineries without loosing your time on infinite web research not knowing where you’ll end up?
Lugana Wine Tours is what you’re looking for!
Plus, you will have the opportunity to have lunch with traditional dishes of Garda Lake: and I do not mean the usual tourist stuff that you’ll find around.
What does the tour include?
If you are staying in Desenzano, Sirmione or Peschiera we will pick you up from your hotel / B&B / camping or house, otherwise we have two meeting point: Desenzano and Peschiera train stations.
First stop will be an amazing winery really good known for their Lugana, a professional guide will walk you through the vines so you can first meet “Turbiana”, the grape quality with which Lugana wine is made from, and tell you about the wine making process ending with a taste of their entire wine line.
To follow, a really good and typical launch in a local restaurant, two courses, a glass of wine, water and coffee.
Do not worry, you will not be hungry after living the table.
Now we are ready to continue your visit, we are now heading to an historical winery in our area, here you will visit the winery, watch the wine bottling process and their unique underground wine cellar, containing a bottle of every years since they opened, and of course you will also have the opportunity to taste their wines.
The day will end visiting San Martino della Battaglia’s famous tower, where you can have a nice walk into the park or reach the top of the tower to have an amazing view over the lake and the vineyards around it.
If you do the maths, this tour could cost you over 200€ per person.
Very important is that you will not risk your driver license, here in Italy we are really strict when it comes to drinking and driving: just relax and enjoy the day, we will think about the rest.
Watch out! This tour is not for everybody.
– If you are looking for a rowdy-party tour, this is probably not for you.
If instead you are looking for a service which allows you to know the real Lugana and its territory while tasting some of the best wines from this area, then you are looking at the right tour.
And if you’re fast enough you can take advantage of the 5€ discount code for your tour….every week we have 5 available.
